Where Do I Get a Laundry Card?
Getting a laundry card is super easy! Upon arrival at the laundromat, head over to our currency station, and follow the easy, on-screen instructions. Once you get your laundry card, insert it into the kiosk register your card, then add money.
Our card system accepts cash and all major credit/debit cards.
Why Should I Register My Card?
Registering your card is easy and should be done immediately! Remember, if your card gets lost or stolen, and it’s not registered to your name and information, we won’t be able to recover your money.
How Do I Register My Card?
Insert your card into the kiosk, and follow the on-screen instructions to add your personal information to the card. That’s all there is to it!
Registering your card is super important for 2 reasons. Reason one, if your card is lost or stolen, and it isn’t registered to your information, we won’t be able to recover your money. Two, to get all of the reward benefits, shown below, you’ll need to register your card.
Can I Merge Separate Cards Or Request a Refund?
You can merge multiple cards, report a lost card, or request a refund by filling out our refund request form. When merging cards, specify all card numbers, and tell us which one should be the primary card.
We usually respond to all requests within 24-48 business hours.
Where Do I Check My Laundry Card Balance & Add Money?
To check your balance, visit live.laundrycard.com and enter your laundry card number. You can also go to the in-store kiosk to check your balance and add money to your card.
