Help I've Lost My Laundry Card

If you’ve lost your card, AND IF it’s registered to you, we will be able to locate it in our system and transfer your funds to a new card. Please note, that a new card will cost you $1 to help cover our costs.

There are two ways to claim your old card’s balance.

  • 1 – Reach out to us via the Contact Us form and give us your newest laundry card number, and your personal information. As long as your old card was registered to you, we’ll be able to look you up and merge the cards together.
  • 2 – While you’re at the laundromat, feel free to ask an attendant for assistance.
